WALKING ON THE MOON

Everyone knows Neil Armstrong (1930-2012) was the first man to walk on the moon in 1969. But did you know that the last time a person walked on the moon was 40 years ago? On 7 December 1972, theree astronauts spent 75 hours on the moon's surface...that's a record.

Unit 2

The highlight of this week’s TV was definitely the soap opera Castle. This programme is about a detective that investigate a lot of cases, and Castle, a famous writer  is helping her. It’s really good I like it a lot.
Telecinco talent show La Voz: This programme is about Spanish people that sing really good. The jury has a lot of work because people sing very well. Sometimes the people sing so well and I get excited.
Finally, the documentary How it’s made. This programme shows you how the factories make any object. It’s very interesting because you can see how it made an object that you have in your hands. I recommend it.
FRANKENSTEIN 
Frankenstein is an important story because was the first science fiction story and talk about create human live. The moral of this story is that when you have a challenge, and are obsessed with getting the challenge you have to be sure that it doesn’t affect the other persons. This moral is so important and it’s good to remember it for live well.
 
MARY SHELLY 
Mary Shelly was an English novelist, short story writer, dramatist essayist, biographer and travel writer, best knownfor herGothic novel Frankenstein. He's husband was a romantic poet andphilosopher. Her father was the political philosopher William Godwin, and her mother wasthe philosopher feminist Mary Wollstonecraft.

Unit 3: Offer and ask for help

Pau.-A picknick was a gread idea, Bernat.
Bernat.-Yes, thanks. I'm looking forward to it.
Pau.-  Have you got everything?
Bernat.- Well, we've got enough food, but there isn't much to drink.
Pau.- Shall I get a few cans of fizzy drinks or something? There's a shop near here.
Bernat.- Would you mind?
Pau.- No that's fine.
Bernat.- Thanks, Pau. Could you get two charis too? And we need a mini fritge.
Pau.- OK, no problem. I'll see what they've got.

Unit 1: My Best Friend

Pau Guilana and I are friends. Pau lives near me here in Banyoles. Welive in the same street. He lives in aninteresting big house. we goto the same school.

Pau is fourteenyears old.He's quite tall and he's got brown hair. He's very handsome and strong. All the girls like him.The good thing about him is that he's funny and friendly, althought he can also be quite mean sometimes, and he isn't always very generous. 

Pau is happiest when he's chatting and playing play station with friends. He likes going outand meeting other people, specially beautiful girls. There's a big park and we often go there. He also likes playing football and somethimes we do that toguether.
